Return Policy


  1. Our products are always strictly controlled by quality, please enjoy the food by the expired date. In order to maintain the sanitation and safety of food, except for the defects of the food itself, whether the outer box is deformed, food damage due to unfulfilled temperature or poor storage, and it will not be returned or exchanged.

  2. In order to protect your rights, please check the goods condition immediately right after receiving the item. If there is any questions, please contact us via WhatsApp (852) 9853 6993 to arrange a replacement. There shall be NO returns or exchanges after item is received for more than 24 hours.

  3. If there is product defects due to the delivery process, please report it directly to the delivery staff, please take a photo to protect your rights and interests, and contact our customer service immediately.

  4. Web products may use different brands and different screen resolutions, as a result a slight difference between the color of the picture and the actual product. Please refer to the actual product color.

  5. There would be deviation in colour of the actual product from the photo in our online platform, it is due to different sources of product photo and different screen setting of user’s electronic devices.

  6. Please keep the product in a cool and ventilated place. Do not leave it in high temperature for a long time to avoid deterioration.

  8. After you contact our customer service, we will arrange staff to retrieve the goods at your address as soon as possible. Note that you must keep the goods in a complete package. After confirming that the goods are correct, we will immediately handle the refund procedure for you and remit the required refund amount to your designated bank account.

  9. When you have 3 unreasonable return and exchange records, our company Delicious Express will reserve the right to accept your order or not .

No return or exchange under the following circumstances

  1. Received item more than 7 days.
  2. Since the purchased product is food (commodity), once opened, it cannot be returned.
  3. Delivery schedule, invoices, gifts, product-related accessories, etc. are not completed.
  4. Commodities are damaged or deteriorated, package is incomplete due to human factors.
  5. Those who send the goods back by themselves for unknown reasons.
  6. Goods that cannot be returned or exchanged have been specified during the sale.
