Main ingredients:
tomatoes,steamed beancurd roll,ketchup,baby corn,carrot,asparagus,spring onion,shallot,garlic,ginger,tomato sauce,chicken sauce,water,light soy sauce

Size丨Family for 2 ( 500 g )/Family for 4 (620 g)

Cooking method:
Heat oil. Stir fry with shallot,garlic,ginger. Add sauce and a cup of water(sauce container). Add steamed beancurd roll, low heat to cook for 5 mins. Add mixed vegetables and cook until sauce thickened. Add spring onion & serve.
